By Victor Davis Hanson – American Greatness (AG), April 10, 2023

“We fixate only on the irrelevant that we think we can address while ignoring the existential we know we no longer can solve.”

[Matthias Chang Comments: Most Malaysians, do not know who is Victor Davis Hanson? They should take time to read his writings and for your sake, I have decided to upload this informative article. Only a true patriot would dare write this article. Malaysians, by and large lack this intellectual honesty and courage. It does not matter whether you agree or disagree with the views expressed (as the organisation he writes for is the “American Greatness”), but Victor believes that his country needs to confront the ugly truths before it can reclaim the greatness it has since lost!  This is food for thought, as our country is not only fractured but we lack the vision to unite the country to scale greater heights by confronting the ugly truths. Pay attention to the geopolitical trends or be forever consigned to rot in the “village politics” of the self-centred and power hungry politicians that occupy the corridors of parliament.]
