While the rest of the world is watching the Middle East, Russian President Putin along with China’s Xi Jinping made significant moves that will upend the unipolar U.S. led order. This includes total control of the arctic passage trade routes with nuclear submarines and a full fleet of ice breaker ships. While the U.S. is trying to control the Suez Canal and the Straits of Hormuz, Putin and China just went in the opposite direction.
