WHEREAS:
- The Zionist Talmudists through the their spoke-person, the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu have openly and unreservedly declared that they will unleash a genocidal campaign to destroy Gaza and wipe out the Palestinians living in Gaza, the world’s largest open-air prison;
- Under International Law, the actions of the Zionist Talmudists in Israel constitute war crimes and by an Advisory Opinion of the International Court Of Justice (ICJ) on July 2004, Israel cannot claim a “Right of self Defence” to justify their actions, because this claim cannot accrue to Israel, as Israel is a state that has occupied Palestine since 1948 and has mounted a blockade, to deprive and deny the Palestinians to live with dignity as humans.
