All assassins and patsies must be hired, recruited and finally ordered to assassinate the target.

Patsies are the “fall guys” and are fundamental in any assassination, successful or otherwise.

The narrative must be consistent. The focus must always be the Patsy who “killed” or failed to kill the target!

No one will ever asked who gave the Order and the ‘Syndicate / Entity’ that controls the person giving the orders. This is the gist of the cover-up.

Any coverage of an assassination must focused on the patsy, how and when he / she has allegedly “murdered” the target, regardless whether the target is under any protective protocols by any agencies such as the US Secret Service.
