Of course not, but many things would be worse, such as another 4 years of the left in power. Compared to this last 4 years, a 2nd Trump Administration is far preferable. I don’t say that as a MAGA supporter. I say that as a reasonable man, trapped within the confines of a hideous period of history, where we do what we can to mitigate the harm.

This is a time of RealPolitik when we are compelled to choose between suboptimal offerings. Since JD Vance was named to Trump’s ticket, attacks on JD are everywhere. Had my favorite for VP, Tulsi Gabbard been named, she’d have been cast as a traitor.

I’ve read all the tripe about JD, and compared to what elites had planned for us with Trump’s demise (Haley vs Hillary), JD Vance is okay by me. Dismissing the good for the perfect, we miss our opportunity to employ definite number—to evaluate the better between choices. Is anyone criticized more than Elon Musk, who is a much better guy than his predecessor at Twitter, Jack Dorsey, who views free speech as a distraction. Instead, he’s a free will guy, allowing plebs free choice from among elite algorithms.
