Since the March General Elections, the Badawi regime has ignored the call of the rakyat that he disband the Trinity of Power – the Father, the Son and the Son-in-law and retire gracefully even with his ill-gotten gains.
Badawi ignored the strident calls and, adding insult to injury, continue the mismanagement of the economy and abuse of power.
The defeat of the Barisan Nasional at the recent By-election of Permatang Pauh was the final warning to Badawi. Yet again, he chose to ignore the will of the rakyat.
Given the circumstances, it is only right that an alliance be formed to throw this despicable regime out and restore order and harmony.
We therefore welcome the historic alliance forged between Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad and Tengku Razaleigh and we wish them every success.
This is the best news since March 2008. No longer will we be sailing in stormy waters without a Captain!
All citizens of Malaysia, regardless of race, culture and religion should bury whatever misunderstanding and grievances and rally behind this historic alliance so that we can reclaim Malaysia and fulfill the goals of VISION 2020.
God willing, we will succeed.
